Q: How long will it take for me to see results?
Although this guide is 8 weeks long, it might take you longer depending on what your goals are. Some goals will realistically take longer. For example, if your goal is to lose 40lbs, that is not practical in 8 weeks. Remember to set realistic goals and stay consistent! Track your progress with weekly pictures, you’ll be surprised at the little changes you’ll be able to see in photographs that you might not notice by just looking at yourself. Remember- good things take time. Pey2Play is about creating a healthy sustainable lifestyle- and that doesn’t include shortcuts or skimping on hard work!
With that being said, changes to your physique are definitely possible within 8 weeks. Make sure you are staying consistent with the workouts and following the diet that suits your goals. It is true that consistency is key!

Yes, it is available in my workout program sections. Once purchased, I

Q: What are your qualifications?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have experience with training clients in person and 6 years of personal weightlifting experience.
Q: Can I keep using my eBook even after I finished the 8-week guide?
Yes! The PDF eBooks never expire and are yours to keep forever. You can continue to utilize the workouts from the guide even after the 8 weeks are over and still get results as long as you are increasing and changing factors such as the weight/reps. The knowledge I give you about training concepts and nutritional info you can use for a lifetime and is valuable information in achieving any fitness goals you have in the future.
Q: What products and services can I expect from you in the future?
You can expect a Booty Builder Vol.2 eBook, a Shred eBook, and a Macro counting eBook. Along with 4 PDF eBooks that will be permanent products on my site, you can look forward to seasonal fitness challenges, 1-on-1 online coaching, and Pey2Play apparel.
Q: I feel like I am not making any progress. What should I do?

Remember- good things take time, and your health and fitness goals are included on that. Building a solid muscular foundation takes years and sustainable fat loss take months of consistency and building sustainable habits. With that being said- there are still some factors that could hinder one’s progress. These factors include things like sleep, stress, hydration, general health, protein consumption and general nutrition, not having adequate recovery time, not consistent with routine, not challenging yourself with progressive overload, etc. If you have reached the end of your 8 week journey and still feel like you have not made the progress that you wanted, send me an email at pey2playfitness@gmail.com, and I will assess the things you have been doing and will offer advice.
